Solution: Launched 12-week intensive training program: weekly sessions on spirits categories and craft cocktail production methods, competitions among staff with winning drinks added to menu, ingredient sourcing trips to local farms in Karjat, created specialized cocktail certification with ₹3,000 monthly pay increase, and installed proper tools and fresh ingredient stations (₹2.8 lakhs investment).

Outcome: Bar revenue increased 112% in six months (additional ₹8.5 lakhs monthly). Bar became destination, not just hotel amenity. Staff turnover decreased from 68% to 22% as bartenders felt professionally valued.
